He was predeceased by : his brother Calvin Perry. He is survived by : his daughter Maddy Semans; his parents, Allen Semans (Susan) and Maryann Terranova (Scott); his siblings, Joshua Semans (Teresa) and Chastity Cramer (Philip); and his nieces and nephews, Allison Semans, Amber Clayton (Josh), Keith Fielder and Zachary Semans.
