She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Perry; her parents, Gus Hamlett and Stella Hamlett; and her siblings, Emma Masterson, Gladys Long, Ethel Gibbs, Harry Hamlett, James Hamlett, Wesley Hamlett and Raymond Hamlett.

She is survived by: her daughter Tammy; her son-in-law Danny Curtis; her grandson Jason Curtis; her great grandchildren, Colton Snoderly, Logan Snoderly, Skylar Jackson and Rylei Curtis; her sister Minnie; and her brother-in-law John Haun. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the East Tennessee Children's Hospital Oncology Department.
