She is survived by: her husband Michael Carroll of Dayton, TN; her parents, Jerry Wayne and Robin Lee of Belvidere, TN; her grandmother Gladys Lee of Huntland, TN; her stepson Devin Carroll (Hollie) of Charleston, TN; her sisters, Veronica Medley (Greg) of Fayettville, TN and Madeline Ditz (Joel) of Leonard, Mi.; her stepgranddaughter Lacy; and her siblings' children, Katie Medley, Abigail Medley, Samuel and Benjamin Medley.
Allison had no life insurance, so in lieu of flowers, monetary gifts would be greatly appreciated.
