She is survived by : her husband Hank Shafer; her family, Ryan D Shafer of Dayton, Tennessee, Janel M Varner of Ooltewah, Tennessee, Darren Shafer (Rachel) of Norfolk and Virginia; her grandchildren, Kaden, Jathen, Dagen Varner, Calvin Henry Shafer and Maxine Lou Shafer; her friends, Carlene Kidwell, Betty Julian, Ann Hutson, Peggy Jenkins and Susan Haughton; and her caregivers, Morgan Myers, Kathleen Masner, Heather, Shauna, Rita Lawson and Karen.
