She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse C. Riley and Alma Riley (Burchard); her husband L. C. Millard; and her brothers, Carl K. Riley and Harold Joe Riley.

She is survived by : her brother-in-law Pat Millard of Dayton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
