He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ray Chadwick and Goldie Jane Chadwick (Brady). He is survived by: his wife Jackie Chadwick (Wood) of Dayton; his children, Tim Mikolajczyk (Cyndie) of Battle Creek, MI, Cindy Harvey of Battle Creek, MI, Richard Jones of Dayton, TN, Lori Wilson (Brian) of Battle Creek, MI, Scott Jones (Debora) of Sales Creek, TN and John Jones (Kristen) of Dayton, TN.; and his brother Gene Chadwick (Clara) of Dayton, TN. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren along with numerous nephews and nieces.
