It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Jean Bosworth McHone of Decatur, Tennessee, born in McDonough, New York, who passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Jay Bosworth and Dorothy Ann Stiles Bosworth; her siblings, Daretta June Aldrich, Donald J. Bosworth and Louie W. Nightengale (Buddy); and her grandson Joshua Charles Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Rex C. McHone; her children, Nancy Anderson of Athens, TN, Donna Cook (David) of Cleveland, TN, Kathy Hoskins (Chris) of Decatur, TN and Randall McHone (Amy) of Decatur, TN.; and her grandchildren, Brooke Anderson, Jaclyn Anderson, Jonathon Allen (Cheryl), Nathan Watson, Lindsey Pekala (John), Dalton Lee McHone, Dalton Hoskins and Autumn Hoskins.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Lois's memory.
