It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pam Johnson of Decatur, Tennessee, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer C. and Velma Mincey Gaines Jr.; and her siblings, Vernon "Bill" Gaines, Terry Gaines, Harold Gaines, Sandra Perry, Patty Kast, Shirley Godsey and Barbara Byrd.

She is survived by : her daughters, Heather Williams (Anthony) of Decatur and Amanda Jackson (Jamie) of Cleveland, TN; her brothers, David Gaines of Niota and Gerald Gaines of Rockwood; and her grandchildren, Jake Grogan, Alexis Canterbury, Jamie Bell and Haven Thompson. She is also survived by her eight great grandchildren.
