It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Vestal (Decaturville, Tennessee), who passed away on February 29, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Cumie Mack Coon and William A. Coon; and her sister Betty Grindle. She is survived by : her son John Roy Vestal of Decaturville, TN.
