He is survived by: his wife Rita Turner; his children, Mark Turner (Sherry) of Del Rio, Jackie Turner of Del Rio, Judy Browning (Larry) of Columbus, Indiana, Kim Dillard (Josh) of Morristown, Crystal of Del Rio and Renea Turner of Del Rio; his sisters, Maudy Reece of Parrottsville and Rose Norwood of Del Rio; and his close friends, Donna Stokely, Linda Sheman and Sharron Sutton. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
