He was predeceased by : his brother Samuel Avery Blanchard, II; and his grandparents, Zella Helton, Glenn Blanchard and Zilla Blanchard. He is survived by : his parents, Sam Blanchard and Brenda Blanchard of Del Rio; his sister Lori Blanchard of Dandridge; and his niece Maddy of Sevierville.
