He is survived by: his wife Jacquelin Mattos; his children, Bobby Chance (Jess) of Dickson, TN, Jimmy Chance (Patsy) of Dickson, TN, Ricky Chance (Cortney) of Ashland City, TN and Mildred Frizzell (Josh) of Charlotte, TN; and his sister Katrina Gregory of White Bluff, TN. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren.
