He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Del Rey (René) of Clarksville and Brittany Pennington (Michael) of Fairview; his siblings, Hollis Milby, Henry Milby (Gail), Joyce Vaughn (Gene), Suzy Hibbard (Tony) and Ruth Vittitow (Phil); and his grandchildren, Dalton Redden, Noah Redden, Kyrstin Young, Addison Young, McKinley Pennington and Karleigh Pennington.
