She was predeceased by : her parents, George William and Mattie Nallen Faulk. She is survived by : her husband Quill B. Lewis; her children, Robert Lewis, Ronnie Lee Lewis, Glenda Walker, Debra Harrington of Dickson, TN and Tammy Dotson (Jesse) of Dickson, TN; her sister Lois Stephenson of Shelbyville, TN; her grandchildren, Robert Roe Walker, Corey Lee Walker, Roger Dale Harrington, Lisa Diane Harrington, Cody Lewis, Terry Lewis, Shelby Lewis, Hailey Dotson and Jed Dotson; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Kayden of Kannon, C. J., Paige and Samantha.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
