It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Formosa (Dickson, Tennessee), born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Formosa Sr. and Mary Frances Formosa; and his brothers, Joseph Stanley Formosa and James J. Formosa, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Produce; his pets, Bo, Katy, Miller and Gus; his wife Carol Formosa; his sister Nancy Formosa Malone; his daughters, Abby Shivers (Tim) and Betsy Pierucki (Matt); and his granddaughters, Taylor Bush (Justin), Emily Shivers, Emma Pierucki and Megan Pierucki. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
