He is survived by: his wife Betty Lampley of Dickson, TN; his daughter Gina Petty (Tim) of Dickson, TN; his stepdaughter Tonya Lyles of Florida; his brother Michael F. Lampley of Columbia, Maryland; his grandchildren, Will Petty (Lily) of Texas, Morgan McClure (Lance) of Hendersonville, TN, Kendell Lyles of Dickson, TN and Torin Lyles of Dickson, TN; and his great grandchild Carter McClure. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
