She is survived by: her husband Eddie Walker of Dunlap, TN; her daughters, Stephanie Lance (Frank) of Dunlap, TN and Kendra Tate (Kevin) of Gruetli Laager, TN; her grandchildren, Angelica Lance, Bailey Lance, McKenna Lance and Kylie Tate; and her sister Vickie Sloan of Pleasureville, KY..
