It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Jean Wagner Kelly (Dunlap, Tennessee), who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Kelly; her parents, Wayne Wagner and Susie Wagner; her brothers, George, Don and Harry Wagner; and her nephew Barry Wagner.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Kelly (Robin) of Paducah, KY and Kyle Kelly (Wendy) of Signal Mountain; and her grandchildren, Claire, Erin, Madison and Matthew. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Peggy's memory to the Healing Gardens at Siskin Hospital or Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga.
