He is survived by: his parents, John Barker and Ella Burch Barker; his children, Pamela Powell (Daniel) of Martin and Phillip Barker of Dyersburg; and his brother Clifford Barker (Pat) of Obion, TN.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
