He is survived by: his daughter Carey Bush-Davis of Nashville; his siblings, Glenda Bush Essary and Jimmie Bush of Dyersburg; his nieces, Charlie Brooke Bell of Dyersburg and Tammy Johnson of Louisana; and his cousins, Linda Eudaley, Butler and Donna Bush. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
