It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Carol Greene of Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvie Maxwell and Mattie Sue Maxwell; and her brothers, David Michael Maxwell and Lamarr Roberson. She is survived by: her husband Dempsy Greene; her daughter Emily Kolwyck (Jonathan); her sister Elizabeth Binkley; and her grandsons, William and Benjamin Kolwyck. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dyersburg Funeral Home (420 US-51, Dyersburg, TN 38024). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
The family request that memorials be directed to the women's ministries of Parrish Chapel Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
