She was predeceased by : her parents, Madison Busby and Addie Leggett Busby; her husband French; her son Randy Lee Parnell; and her siblings, Tishie Clark, Mary Propes, Walter, Cecil, Pastel, Johnny and Hershel Busby.

She is survived by : her children, Richard Parnell of Mason Hall, Butch Parnell Parnell (Melissa) of Dyersburg, Peewee Parnell of Hornbeak, Tennessee and Fay Parnell of Dyersburg, Tennessee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
