With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gail Waller Horton of Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on April 17, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, G. Drennan Albrecht and Helen Slater Albrecht; her husband Jack Horton; her son Drennan Waller; and her pet Follie.

She is survived by : her children, Helen Deal (Joel) of Dyersburg, Lyle Waller of Morganfield, KY and Nelson Waller (Quinn) of Memphis; her grandchildren, Jamie Waller (Erica) of Morganfield, KY, Brecht Deal Fowler (Tyler) of Dyersburg, Elizabeth Waller of Morganfield, KY, Addison Waller of Morganfield, KY, Avery Waller of Morganfield, KY, Emily Butterworth of Dyersburg, Cameron Estes (Taylor) of McKenzie, TN and Lauren Johnson (Travis) of Cabot, AR; and her great grandchildren, Oakley Westmoreland, Maddie Jo Waller, Nash Fowler and J. K. Waller.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the St. Mary's Episcopal Church (108 N King Ave, Dyersburg, TN 38024). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed to Dyersburg-Dyer County Humane Society, 1120 E. Court Street, Dyersburg, TN 38024.
