He is survived by : his mother Willie Sue Sanders Murphy of Dyersburg; his wife Joan Ward of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his daughters, Jessica Ann Burns (Paul Glascoff) of Dyersburg, Elizabeth Hinson (Erick) of Obion and Ashley Marie Ward of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and his siblings, William Johnson (Jean) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Cindy Sanford of Dyersburg, Tonya Daniel (Shelby) of Unionville, Judy Smith of Indiana and Mable Jane Groeneveld of Union City, Tennessee..
