He was predeceased by : his parents, Benny Patterson and Sarah Joyce Tidwell Patterson; his wife Diane Patterson; and his brother Randy Patterson. He is survived by : his children, Kimberly Patterson of Newbern, Jeffrey L. Patterson, Jr. of Dyersburg and Michael C. Patterson, Sr. of Jefferson City, MO; and his brothers, Benny Patterson of Dyersburg and Keith Patterson of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
