He was predeceased by: his parent Mary Agatha Davis Foren of Bradford, TN. He is survived by: his wife Evaline Hampton Foren; his daughters, Camille Lynette Foren Colbert (Curtis) and Damaris Evette Foren Cook (Kevin); his sister Elizabeth Foren Mosley; and his grandchildren, Claire Elizabeth Colbert, Hope Catherine Colbert, Henley Camille Cook and Hampton Cole Cook.
