She is survived by : her husband Albert "Cotton" Tubbs; her children, Brandon Tubbs (Elizabeth) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Cathy Ann Anderson of Dyersburg, Tennessee; her siblings, Joe Hinson (Janalyn) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Cindy Sims (Alan) of Newbern; her grandchildren, Cayla Gordon, Maggie Anderson, Maygen Tubbs and Baylee Tubbs; and her great grandchild Caiya Harris.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059).
