She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lee Barker and Inez Russell Armstrong; her children, David Paul Daniels, Thomas "Tommy" Daniels, Phyllis Blalock (Jerry "Topper" Blalock) and Vicki Williamson; her brothers, Jere, James, David Robbins and Bobby Barker; and her grandson Christopher Bryan Henson.
She is survived by: her husband Claude B. Simmons; her children, Mike Daniels (Selena), Randy Simmons, Timmy Simmons (Patricia) and Lisa French; her siblings, Ricky Robbins, Sandra Kaye Hall (Bobby) and Helen June Barker Perkins; and her grandchildren, Tommie Sue Childress (Jimmy) of Kevin Daniels, J. P, Misty Fleming Anderson, Brandi Williamson, Johnny "JoJo" Williamson (Marie), James Pickard (Lori), Michael Pickard, Jeremy Pickard, Jackie Kirk, Jason Butler, Jere Blalock, Barry Daniels Cassie (Brianna), Randy Simmons and Huston Simmons.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Sorrell Chapel Cemetery.
