It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Shannon of Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Brownlee Shannon and Mavis Arnold Shannon. He is survived by : his daughters, Stephene Forsythe (Larry) of Finley, Tammy Stover (Adam) of Dyersburg and Kerri Jefferies (Corey) of Newbern, Tennessee; and his sister Amy Kemp Jones of Dyersburg, Tennessee. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The family asks that memorial contributions be directed to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75231.
