It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Stark Isakson of Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Iona Maltba (Isakson). He is survived by: his significant other Kathy "Kate" Isakson (Davenport); his sons, Kenny Laughters (Jackie) of Peterborough, NH and Scott Laughters of Johnson City; his grandchildren, Annabelle, Cohen, Drew, Libby and Joy Laughters; and his brother David Burleson.
