She was predeceased by: her father James McCoy Hinkle; her son Kail Hazelwood; and her siblings, James Hinkle, Pansy Lorraine Cable, Billie Ruth Sneed and Barbara Jane Pierce.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Fred White; her son Carl Lee Hazelwood; her grandchildren, Michelle Dickerson (Scott), Christopher Hazelwood (Sylvia) and Amy Gulliand (Jai); her brothers, Charles Hinkle and McArthur Hinkle; her daughters-in-law, Carolyn Caudill and Carole Hazelwood; and her close friends, Nancy Murray, Birdie Odom, Lisa Buck and JoAnn Ritchie. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
Due to Covid 19 the family will not be receiving friends at the residence.
