He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Howard Holsclaw and Shirley Stout Holsclaw; and his stepfather Roy Long. He is survived by: his children, Misty Crawford and James Holsclaw; his grandchildren, Trey Crawford, Taylor Crawford, Brannon Holsclaw, Blake Holsclaw (Abby) and Brooklynn Holsclaw; and his siblings, Danny Holsclaw, Chris Holsclaw, Angela Ward (Troy), Crystal Aleman (Ariel) and Regina Crowder (Kenneth). He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tetrick Funeral Home (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601-7107).
