He is survived by: his wife Rebecca L. Shults (Metcalf); his daughter Kaice L. Callicott; his granddaughters, Kyleigh Rhea and Kendra Elaine Callicott of Elizabethton; and his siblings, Janice Shults, Carol Haynes, Patsy Cowan, Connie Moore, Verna Bohanan, David Shults and Mike Shults (Gina) of Sevierville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins.
