She was predeceased by: her parent George Guinn; and her siblings, Pauline Keller, Bobby J. Guinn and Dean Guinn. She is survived by: her parent Roxie Bunton Guinn; her spouse Lee Whitehead; her daughters, Vickie Lyons (Denny) of Elizabethton and Bridget Whitehead of Elizabethton; her grandchildren, Shane Lyons of Elizabethton, Heather Lyons of Elizabethton and Summer Johnson (Josh) of Elizabethton; her great grandchildren, Laken Lyons of Elizabethton, Levi Lyons of Elizabethton and Abbie Johnson of Elizabethton; and her siblings, Mary Gouge, Sue Stafford, Carl "Bros" Guinn of Elizabethton, Dennis "Black" Guinn of Elizabethton and Claude "Pet" Guinn of Elizabethton.
