It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Miller (Englewood, Tennessee), who passed away on December 19, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dan and Ruth Jerells Miller; his granddaughter Calliope Carriker; and his sister Mary Evelyn Walker. He is survived by: his wife Anna Ruth Torbett Miller of Engelwood; his daughter Lisa Ann Miller Soto of Athens; his grandchildren, Bethany Ann Carriker, Matthew Soto and Michael Soto; and his great grandchildren, Mayson Soto and Penelope Carriker.
In lieu of flowers, contributions maybe sent to the Alzheimers Association and the First Baptist Church of Athens Library Fund.
