She was predeceased by: her mother Mary White Gentry; her husband Holt Higgins; her children, Ricky Higgins, Gary Higgins, Sheila Willis and E. T. "Pete" Higgins; her sons-in-law, Howard Badger and Keith Bradley; and her brothers, Ralph Gentry and Roy Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, Bernice Sloan, Margie Hensley (Phillip), Donna Badger, Ginger Davis (Jess), Tammy Bradley, Kevin Higgins and Stephanie Higgins; and her grandsons, Todd Higgins and Michael Repine. She is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
