He is survived by : his wife Dao Ba Kim Jowers of Estill Springs; his children, Steve Jowers of Shelbyville, David Jowers of Savannah, Tina Delillo of Henderson, Nevada. and Connie Klein (Bob) of Henderson, Nevada.; his stepchildren, Phuong Vo Jowers (Julia) of Estill Springs, Minh Vo of Norway and Nhut Le of Norway; and his stepgrandson John Le of Murfreesboro, Tenn..
