It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe William Toungette of Ethridge, Tennessee, who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Toungette; his parents, Charles Eugene and Willodean Guthrie Toungette; his daughters, Sara Marie and Rose Marie Toungette; and his siblings, Jerry Toungette and Eloise Alsup.

He is survived by: his children, William Toungett (Karen), David Toungette, Jo Ann Mitchell (Jim) and Bonnie Bledsoe (Sam); and his siblings, Bobby Toungette (Jennifer) and Debbie Hairell. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
