We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2022, at the age of 33, Jacob Matthew Creasman of Etowah, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Tammy Maupin Creasman and Artie W. Creasman, III; his grandparents, Arthur W. Creasman, Jr., Mary Frances Paul Creasman, James Earl and Betty Faye Maupin; and his uncle Johnny Creasman.

He is survived by : his siblings, Caleb Patterson and Dewanna Creasman; his aunts and uncles, Alicia Maupin, Christie Maupin-Carpenter (Jimmy), David Creasman, Jeff Creasman and Mike Maupin (Kathy); his cousins, Caitlin, Justin Maupin and Seth Tracy; and his close friends, Gary Gordon, Tricia Limpus, Jenny Wilkins and Nathan Milam.
