He was predeceased by: his sister Kathleen Evitt. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Pelfrey (Howard); his children, Edward "Eddie" Pelfrey and Crystal Smith (Anthony); his grandson Jacob Smith of Evensville; and his siblings, Jim Pelfrey (Wanda) of Rockwood, Elmer Pelfrey (Connie) of Grandview and Wanda Pelfrey of Dayton.
