He is survived by : his wife Veronica Orlowske of Evensville; his daughters, Ashley Orlowske, Syracuse and Marie Cullis (Edward) of Chattanooga; his grandson Greyson Cullis of Chattanooga; and his siblings, James Orlowske (Barbara) of Lenoir City, Dale Orlowske (Nancy) of West Virginia and Linda Hill (Brian) of Dayton.
