He was predeceased by : his parents, Myrtle Goodin (Seale) and Henry Tom Goodin; his former life partner Lou Broome Goodin; and his siblings, Laura Rowell and Ed Goodin.
He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Goodin (Whisman); his children, John Goodin (Patsy) of Collierville, TN and Lisa Goodin of Lawrenceville, GA; his grandchildren, Josh Goodin (Stephanie), Katie Baker, Beth Goodin and Sally Mayfield (Barry); and his great grandchildren, Logan Goodin, Wesley Goodin, Beau Mayfield and Sunny Mayfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
