He is survived by: his parents, James Anthony Griggs and Penny Surface Griggs Lohr; his daughter Ashley Brower; his siblings, Teresa Rice, Rebecca Griggs and James Griggs; and his siblings' children, Robert Mathis, Dustin North, Olivia Griggs and Jenna Webb.
