He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Marie Shields Gibson and James Frank Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Carol Poole; his son Jeremy Poole (Denise) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Zoe and Gabe; his brother Jackie Gibson (Claudette) of Fayetteville; and his sibling's children, Brian Gibson and Hayley Steely.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First National Bank Community Room Park.
