We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2021, at the age of 66, Vern Kelvin Payne of Fayetteville, Tennessee, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Henry Payne and Linnie Altie Broadway Payne. He is survived by : his wife Patty Payne; his sons, Jasen Payne (Arin) of Toney, AL and Jeremy Payne (Heather) of Hanceville, AL; and his grandchildren, Marley, Abby, Olivia, Jake and Jet.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made towards funeral expenses.
