We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2021, at the age of 66, Vern Kelvin Payne of Fayetteville, Tennessee, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Henry Payne and Linnie Altie Broadway Payne. He is survived by : his wife Patty Payne; his sons, Jasen Payne (Arin) of Toney, AL and Jeremy Payne (Heather) of Hanceville, AL; and his grandchildren, Marley, Abby, Olivia, Jake and Jet.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 18th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home (508 College St W, Fayetteville, TN 37334). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 18th 2021 at 12:00 PM at the Kirkland Cemetery (655 Ardmore Hwy, Taft, TN 38488).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made towards funeral expenses.
