He was predeceased by : his parents, J. W. Taylor and Eula Taylor; and his brother Edward Taylor. He is survived by : his wife Carol Pearson Taylor; his children, Tanya Hanson (Schell), Lisha Shutt (Tim), Andy Taylor (Annalisa) and Chris Taylor; his grandchildren, Charlie Sullivan (Melanie), Schelby Blair (Jared), Jeremiah Shutt, Josh Shutt, Whitney Malone (Rick), Carly, LaneyTaylor and Will Taylor; and his siblings, Christine Amason, Luci Womble, Faye Waters and Allen Taylor. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
