She was predeceased by : her father Edward Dockery; and her sister Patricia Cowley. She is survived by : her children, Jason Haase, Jeremy West, Brandy Perry (Joel) and Ryan Haase; her mother Donna Dockery Westenbarger (Miller); her siblings, Lenora Shumaker and Gary Dockery; her grandchildren, Alexis Owens, Trey Haase, Jayden Haase, Bentley Haase, Kellen Payton and Cayden Haase; and her great grandchildren, Makinley Owens, Riley Owens and Jackie Owens.
