He is survived by : his mother Frances Crutchfield Burkett; his wife Judy Burkett; his daughters, Angel McCorkle (Phil) and Keri Vogel (Josh); his brothers, Bobby Burkett (Debbie) and Jonathan Burkett (Stacey); his grandchildren, Kaity Pierce, Macy Allen, Morgan McCorkle, Aiden McCorkle, Riley McCorkle and Leila Vogel; and his great grandchild Dean Tate.
