It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Kay Stacey Eastwood (Franklin, Tennessee), born in Graham, North Carolina, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edward and Cora Pauline (Don Sr.). She is survived by: her siblings, Eddie, Dennis, Barbara and Alan; and her children, Robbie Carter, Teri Nance, Jamie Carter, Don Eastwood Jr. (Sam) and Tina Kirby (Darrin). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
