She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Beasley and Annie Fox Beasley; her husband William E. Wade; her grandson John Wade; her siblings, Vennie G. Beasley, John T. Beasley, E. R. Beasley, Bernice Mathis, Thelma Smith and Bernadene Farrell; and her nephew Jim Beasley.
She is survived by: her children, Margie Wade, Bill Wade (Noel), Betty Cooksey (Dan) and Jim Wade (Melissa); her grandchildren, Galen Wade, Wade Daniel Cooksey, Chris Cooksey, Leslie Zorwick and Patrick Wade; her great grandchildren, Oliva, Charlotte, Clarra, Rhiana, Miles, Juliet, Leah, Melissa Lynne, Josie, James and Javier; and her sibling's children, Margaret Ann Cage, John Beasley (Glyndan), Deaurelle Thomas (Don), Nancy Roder (Larry), Norma Ingram, Ann Cothran (Mike), Sue Fryer (Bill), Lynn Rhoades (Dusty), Mitzie Fudge (Mike), Dawn Turner, Patricia Morgan (Larry), Jerre Ann Mathis and Katheryn Beasley.
